At the KSA Fall Classic field hockey tournament in Orlando, Fla., the varisty field hockey team defeated its last three opponents after dropping its opening game between Aug. 31 and Sept. 1.
The Wolverines fell 1-0 to Southern Regional High School of New Jersey, but beat Ketcham High School of New York 6-1, Presentation Academy of Kentucky 2-1 and Clarkstown South High School of New York 8-0.
The Wolverines begin regular season play at Newport Harbor on Sept. 4.
