Boys’ basketball guard and four-star recruit Trent Perry ’24 announced Oct. 2 the remaining six schools that he will choose from to commit to. The six schools include the University of Southern California (USC), the University of Colorado , Texas Christian University (TCU), the University of Oregon, Gonzaga University, and Stanford University. Perry is ranked 42nd in the class of 2024, per the 2024 ESPN 100 . Perry eliminated other Division 1 schools such as the University of Virginia, the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and the University of Notre Dame.

Guard Robert Hinton ’24, committed to play at Harvard University, said any school Perry chooses would be fortunate to have him.

“I’m super excited to see which school he chooses,” Hinton said. “[Perry] has been working for this his whole life, so whichever school he chooses is insanely lucky.”
