Harvard-Westlake Basketball beat St. John Bosco on Wednesday March 5th, 2025. Joe Sterling ’26 led the game in scoring with 23 points and the team held 5 star Christian Collins to 5 points. The Wolverines look to continue their title ambitions Saturday March 8th at Roosevelt High School against the #11 ranked prospect in the nation Brandon Burries ’25.

Gabe Marquez ’26 is a reporter for HW Media. Marquez said he is excited to help inform the Harvard-Westlake community and is looking forward to the impact he can make in HW Media.
“What I enjoy most about reporting is that you are working to inform the community on what’s going on and how they can get involved,” Marquez said.
Marquez said he enjoys reporting on sports and is particularly interested in reporting on the track and field team. Outside of journalism, Marquez said he is passionate about football and is a member of the pickup basketball club.
