The Admissions Office held its annual Student Ambassadors Training Dinner at the middle school campus on Sept. 27.
From 6 to 8:30 p.m. all ambassadors from grades seven through 12 attended seminars on how to tour and answer the questions of prospective students and parents, skills which are central to the role of ambassadors on Family Visiting Days.
This year’s Student Ambassador co-chairs addressed the group as a whole prior to the seminars, Assistant Director of Admission Melanie Leon said.
The ambassadors concluded the event with dinner supplied by Mexican restaurant Tacos Mi Rincon Tapatio and shave ice store Get Shaved, Leon said.
