The Junior Classical League club will go to the Getty Villa museum in Malibu on Nov. 17. During their “Day at the Getty Villa,” students from both campuses will look at exhibits, statues and gardens at the Villa.
“[The Getty Villa] is a beautiful place,” Latin teacher and JCL sponsor Derek Wilairat said. “It’s nice to have an event where students and teachers can talk about and experience the world of classics outside the classroom.”
