The boys’ volleyball team defeated St. Francis HS 3-2 March 7 in a come from behind victory, emerging victorious in its first league match of the year.
After losing the first game 25-21 and the second game 26-24, the Wolverines rallied in the next three games to edge out St. Francis in the very end.
This was the team’s first game of the year, as it did not play any non-league games before the end of the regular season.
The Wolverines will look to continue their strong play in their match against Loyola on March 9.
