The Darfur Awareness and Activism Training Club hosted Ari Averbach, an employee of Jewish World Watch, at one of their weekly meetings on Monday, March 3.

The club is an activist group that is part of the Jewish World Watch community. Averbach sat in on the meeting as a âpoint personâ to check up on the group and to answer questions of the participants.

âRight now, we are still in the brainstorming process of our advocacy project. The meeting resulted in further ideas for our project, but it is still being decided upon,â said the club leader, Shelby Layne â09 via email.

âThis trimester, we will work on a project to continue promoting and advocating for the help of and aid for
