The lacrosse team defeated Oak Park last night in overtime, 8-7.

After 48 minutes of play, neither team was able to break away from the other so it came down to a sudden death overtime. 

The breakthrough for the Wolverines came from Roman Holthouse ’15, who scored the game-winning goal.

The win is their first of the season, improving the team’s record to 1-0. The Wolverines look forward to playing their home-opener against Westlake on Tuesday.
