Coldwater Canyon Ave. is undergoing maintenance again and is set to finish by November 2025. The street's last roadwork project was in 2023 after a water breakage. Just like with the construction in 2023, the increased traffic and congestion has hindered students' and faculty's commute despite them taking alternate routes.
