“Silhouette,” a show comprised of work by students in the Photo 3 classes opened in Feldman-Horn today during break. The seniors in these classes were assigned to create larger-than-life silhouettes out of construction paper of the subject of one of their photos.

The Chronicle has been named a finalist for the National Pacemaker, high school journalism’s highest award. Winners will be announced Nov. 14 at a ceremony in Washington, D.C. Jamie Chang ’13 and Sophie Turner ’12, are finalists in the Picture of the Year contest for photos published in last spring’s Tenth Muse middle school literary magazine.
Photography teacher Kevin OâMalley assigned a new project for his Advanced Photography II class called âTeaching the Teacher.â The project involves students showing teachers how to use Photoshop, reduce âred eye,â take great pictures with advanced cameras and develop pictures in a dark room.
