A 1-0 win over Chatsworth High School on March 11 means the Wolverines baseball team will face West Ranch March 12 in the final of the Easton tournament. Jack Flaherty ’14, who is now 2-0 on the year, threw a complete game shutout and struck out nine batters in the process, including five of the first six he faced.
Brian Ginsberg ’14 scored the teams only run after singling in the first inning. Michael Vokulich ’14 accounted for the only other Wolverine hit in the game and an errant throw to try and throw him out at second base led to Ginsberg’s score.
