Girls’ Tennis wins home opener

The Wolverine Girls’ Tennis team swept their first home game of the season.

Varsity (11-7) and Junior Varsity (16-2) both defeated the opposing Valencia high school teams with ease.

The team will look to continue the positive momentum into the Stanford tournament. Following the tournament, the Wolverines will start a two-game home stand. The squad’s first league match is against Immaculate Heart on Sept. 20, immediately followed by a tough matchup against Peninsula High School on Sept. 21.
