Coming off of a strong showing in a 5-0 victory at home against Alemany Jan. 20, the boys’ soccer continued the momentum into a 3-0 victory at St. Francis.

Following a scoreless first half, Jeremy Yariv ’18 knocked in a half-volley off of a Theo Velaise ’17 assist.

The squad’s lead doubled when St. Francis conceded an own goal off a Wolverine cross.

Velaise capped off the scoring for the Wolverines in the 65th minute, scoring off of a penalty kick.

The Wolverines now stand at 8-7-3 (2-3-2 league). The team travels to Loyola Jan. 27 and Crespi Jan. 30, capping off a set of three straight road fixtures.
