In typical fashion, captains Adam Sraberg ’17 and Jed Kronenberg ’17 went undefeated in their singles matches. Matt Bergmann ’17 and Hunter DeRubertis ’17 stepped up off of the bench and delivered big wins in the absence of multiple key players.
Stanley Morris ’18, Sacha Pritzker ’18, Kenneth Lee ’19 and Jacob Tucker ’17, who are all typically starters, were all out with minor injuries or a flu going around the team. Nevertheless, the squad remains a national juggernaut, with a near-perfect balance of skill and depth.
“Our team showcased a lot of depth today in the face of many injuries and illnesses, and coming off with a 15-3 win is a huge morale booster,” Tucker said.
