Striker Vicky Pugh ’25 looks to make a pass on offense in a game against Punahou High School on Nov. 29.

The girls’ soccer team lost against Punahou High School 0-2 at home in a non-league game Nov. 29 . The team’s overall record is now set at 0-1.

Left-back and captain Jaida Pryor ’24 said she is very content with how the team played in their first game and is hopeful for how future games will turn out.

“For our first game of the season, I feel the team played pretty good,” Pryor said. “We have a lot of young players who contributed, and some older players were in and able to play. I think we will continue to have a lot of success throughout the season.”

The team will next face Downey High School in an away game Dec. 2nd.
