Chronicle wins state award, website honored

For the sixth time in seven years, The Chronicle was named the best high school newspaper in California by the California Newspaper Publishers Association.

The Better Newpapers Contest is judged by professional newspaper editors who critique the style of the paper and the quality of the news coverage.

The Chronicle website was selected as one out of 13 finalists for the National Pacemaker Award for website design by the National Scholastic Press Association.
