Girls’ soccer continues home win streak

With goals from Hannah Lichtenstein ’13 and Cami Chapus ’12, the varsity girls’ soccer team shutout Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy 2-0 at home Wednesday.
With the win, the girls now have seven shutouts under their belts through 10 games this season. They have outscored their opponents 33-4 thus far and remain unbeaten at home, with an overall record of 8-1-1.
The team’s sole loss came on Dec. 17 to Aliso Niguel which followed wins over Canyon and Palos Verdes in the annual Mater Dei tournament.
The girls will begin a three week long road streak this Friday against Notre Dame which will be followed by matches against Chaminade, Alemany and another game against Flintridge Sacred Heart.
