Freshman scores only goal in boys’ soccer win

The boys’ soccer team defeated Crespi 1-0 in the two teams’ second league meeting of the season.

After losing their first league meeting to Crespi 3-0, the Wolverines were able to hold Crespi scoreless for the entirety of tonight’s match.

Langston Holly ’21 scored the Wolverines’ only goal of the game.

After starting their league season 0-3-2, the Wolverines have not lost a game since Jan. 18.  In the span, the team has won three games and tied one.

Over the last four games, the squad has outscored their opponents 10-1.

The team’s overall record now stands at 9-7-4, and their league record stands at 3-3-3.

Their next match is Wednesday vs. Notre Dame.
