Adam Sraberg ’17 returns a serve during the squad’s 16-2 victory Thursday.

The boys’ tennis team won its second consecutive match Thursday, defeating Los Alamitos at home 16-2.

The Wolverines jumped out to an early lead, winning all six matchups of the first set, and did not lose a single doubles set.  Team captain and singles player Adam Sraberg ’17 won all three of his sets, while Stanley Morris ’18 and David Arkow ’20 each won two.  Sraberg defeated Ethan Kolsky, a top Los Alamitos player, in a rematch of last year’s playoff loss.

With the victory, the Wolverines’ record moves to 2-0 on the season.  The squad will face University at home next Tuesday.
